this wine is made from Croatina grapes dried in the vineyard. Colour is very intense dark ruby; on the nose it reveals notes of cherries, prunes, blackberry at first, followed by spicy notes; on palate it’s full-bodied, sweet and lively, with smooth and well-balanced tannins.
It is best served at a 18 °C temperature and teams perfectly with chocolate salami with pistachios, almonds and dried apricots.
Aging potential: 3-4 years.
