Tasting notes:
Bonarda is the most popular wine of the Oltrepò Pavese area. Colour is ruby red with violet highlights; on the nose it offers an intense bouquet of red fruits and it’s soft and smooth on palate.
It is best served at a 18 °C temperature and teams perfectly with cotechino served with croquettes of rice and wild greens.
Aging potential: 2-3 years.
