Tasting notes: dark ruby red colour with purple highlights; complex nose with notes of ripe fruit. On palate it shows a full body and a long persistence. It is best served at a 18 °C temperature and teams perfectly with deboned stuffed guinea fowl with roasted potatoes.
Aging potential: 3-6 years.
