intense ruby red colour; on the nose it reveals fruity notes; on palate it is moderately sweet with notes of red fruits.
It is best served at a 12-15 °C temperature and teams perfectly with soup of sour cherry cooked in red wine and sugar and served with cinnamon ice cream.
Aging potential: 1 year.
