Tasting notes: brilliant ruby red colour; persistent nose with notes of red fruits; on palate it’s elegant, intense, velvety and offers a good structure and a long persistence.
It is best served at a 16-18 °C temperature and teams perfectly with ravioli stuffed with stewed beef, the most traditional dish of the Versa Valley.
Aging potential: 1-2 years.
