Tasting notes: our Metodo Classico is crafted from a selection of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It shows a fine and soft mousse with a persistent perlage. Colour is straw-yellow with greenish reflections; on the nose it offers fruity flavors and notes of flowers; on palate it is dry, full-bodied and persistent.
It is best served at a 8-10 °C temperature. Thanks to its great structure it could be paired with the whole meal (but never with the desserts).
Aging potential: 1-2 years after the disgorging.
