Tasting notes: our Cruasé is crafted from a selection of the best Pinot Noir grapes.

The natural pink colour is the result of the very soft pressing of the grapes. It offers a creamy and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a fresh bouquet with flowery and red fruits notes. On palate it’s dry and persistent with a full mouth feel. It is best served at a 8-10 °C temperature. Thanks to its great structure it could be paired with the whole meal (but never with the desserts).
Aging potential: 1-2 years after the disgorging.
